You can retitle a car fairly easily if you have a bill of sale.

Shit, sell that those things to someone in Georgia, get them to register it and then sell it back to you with a proper title.

I've spoken to an NHAA member in Florida who said that in Florida you can get a title for a Hot Wheels die-cast through the DMV if you have a bill-of-sale. Oh well, what's done is done. At least you got your money refunded. As Atti said... i'd bet $$$ the owner DOES have at least one title. Chances are he was offered more cash for the coaches & greed took over. That happens alot nowdays, a man's word is his honor, but the almighty dollar becomes more important than their reputation. Sorry it didn't work out for you in the end. I totally understand your fears of a car with no title. Some states are so lax in title laws as has been mentioned, but others are miserable. Try obtaining a title in Ohio for a car with no title... you'd have better luck winning the lottery! Good choice on STODD's coach... I always liked that combo... keep us posted on your coach mission!

The seller's lackluster penmanship is contradictory and vague at best.

No title for the ambulance. Miller Meteor then. Got it. With 'clear title' listed in the format and no specific mention of said title in the description for the Superior, the illusion is that he has one for that coach. Maybe? Or are we to assume that he means both are ambulances..?
