Whoops. Failed to mention here I guess, sorry. After burning a few tanks of gas and several hundred miles through the course of two weeks, I ended up with about 470 Kroger Ecto and Batmobile. Kept 20 Ecto for friends and hearse meets. The rest all sold to one CA buyer. All told he purchased over 1000 of each. Here's a partial of my first shipment to him:

Yeah real crazy. As usual you're off base - no surprise. RLC Ecto sold out when HW put that pre-sale up last January in less than a day. When advertised months later that a small amount would additionally be available, those sold out in 6 minutes flat. With shipping, they cost about $23. Now if HW members couldn't even get as many as they wanted, let alone Joe Public, how crazy is it really that a piece limited worldwide to 1 of 6350 made sells for slightly more? That's right - it isn't! Simple supply and demand. Buy them all day long on TPP for $35 w/ free shipping, a real deal.

Now the '13 Retro Entertainment Ecto is another animal entirely. Is $35-50 on it crazy? No. Not factoring that it is not commonly available anywhere in the US yet. There have been a handful, mainly pre-orders from Malaysia, that have not yet quelled the 'must have first' collector mentality. Here's a factual tidbit for you Paul~ The FIRST one of these on eBay sold for $285. That was a crazy price. The subsequent few in the $180-$210 range were crazy prices. Prices then dropped to the $70 range, still crazy. They're available currently on TPP w/ $24.99 BIN and the last one that sold on eBay was less. Nothing really "crazy" about current rate given timeline.

I have the UPC and have been checking corporate stores for updates over the last month already. When I learn more, you all will.

Can you actually order a case from this website?

Yes. 1stop is great for ordering by the case. It is possible that orders will exceed their allotment on any given item however.

Is there a difference,besides packaging, between the elite 1:43 and the RLC trendline ectos?

They're entirely different, including scales. Give me a couple days to get home from holiday travel and I can post loose pics of each for comparison.

I picked up one of the Slimer Ectos at a Walmart. I was not expecting that. I was looking for the Johnny Lightning 57 Chevy.
